Hello! I’m Alex Roland and I run “Your IT Now”.  We are a 100% independent and provide one to one support for people with a learning disability to learn to use the Internet, technology, computers iPad etc in a safe way that enable people to better engage with their friends family and local community.

As well as specialised technology support we can also offer more general care and support packages for people with a learning disability. I have over 18 years experience working with people with a learning disability in both the private and public sectors and am more than happy to chat with you about how I may be able to help you.

It may be help with money, trips out, shopping, social events, looking for work, dealing with benefits and applications, advocacy or any other aspect of daily life.

My services can be paid for by individual budgets, direct payments or privately funded.

In July 2017 we were thrilled to win the “Making a difference” award at the National Learning Disabilities and Autism Awards at the International Conference Centre in Birmingham . Check out the video of the award here.

We have just been nominated and are a finalist for the 2018 “Great British Care Awards”  “Care Innovator” award.

I cover Taunton, Bridgwater, and most of Somerset.  Other areas by arrangement.

Below is a recent recommendation left on our Facebook page
