What co-production means to me.

Sally Percival who is a carer and also a member of Think Local Act Personal’s Co-production Advisory Group and the Co-production Group for the Coalition for Collaborative Care, has written a blog for Co-production for Change on what co-production means and feels like to her.

Sally says:

The term co-production refers to a way of working, whereby everybody works together on an equal basis to create a service or come to a decision which works for everyone. It is built on the principle that those who use a service are best placed to help design it.
