What does real change involve?

In the last of a series of blogs on how to avoid real change, Alex Fox, CEO of Shared Lives Plus shares his thoughts on the common arguments for business as usual, and how in public services, we are still wedded to thinking on a large and industrial, rather than small, scale, despite years of personalisation.
